Q1 Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. We build only on Meta's official Graph API and stay inside its messaging policies — no scraping, no cold DMs, no automation Meta forbids.
Q2 Can it message people who haven't contacted me?
No, and that's by design. Replies are tied to a real interaction: a comment, a DM, or a story reply. Unsolicited bulk messaging is impossible through the official API and we never build it.
Q3 Do I need to be technical?
No. Connect your account, pick a trigger, write a reply (or let AI draft it), and turn it on. No code, no servers, no webhooks to wire up.
Q4 Which platforms are supported?
Instagram first. The engine is platform-agnostic under the hood, so more networks land as adapters without changing how your flows work.
Q5 Will the AI replies sound robotic?
You give the AI your business context and tone, plus guardrails for length, banned terms, and approved links. It drafts on-brand; you stay in control and can keep any flow fully templated.
Q6 What does it cost?
Free during the beta — no credit card. After beta there's a free tier for getting started and a paid plan for higher volume and more accounts.
