Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Amplaya, operated by Creomatrix. By creating an account or connecting an Instagram account, you agree to them.
Who can use Amplaya
You must own or be authorized to manage any Instagram professional account you connect, and you must comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram's policies. You are responsible for the content of the automated replies you configure.
Acceptable use
- No spam, harassment, or messaging outside Instagram's permitted windows.
- No use that violates Instagram's Platform Policy or applicable law.
- No attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
The service
Amplaya sends replies on your behalf according to the automations you configure, within Instagram's API limits. We may change or suspend features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creomatrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
